Water Stations x 2
An amazing addition to your wedding ceremony, especially in warm weather. The tub is capable of holding 1/2 a large bag of ice and 15-20 cans of soft drink or bottles of water. I have two of these available, perfect for one either side of the aisle where guests can grab a drink as they enter the ceremony space. I also have beautiful white lined cane baskets that sit in the bottom, perfect if you're providing tissues, sunscreen, guest keepsakes etc. Ice & drinks not included.
Memorial Table
A memorial table or remembrance table is a very special addition to your ceremony space for those couples who have important and special loved ones they would like acknowledged at their wedding. The table is 700mm high and 860mm x 860mm square. The hire includes the table, white linen tablecloth, two LED candles, vase with faux flowers and a sign that reads "In honour of our loved ones who cannot be here with us today, but are forever present in our hearts today and always".
'Reserved' Chair Signs (9 avail)
These 'reserved' signs are a simple and elegant way to let your guests know which seats you have reserved for VIPs and which ones are available for them to sit in. I have nine of these signs available, the hire fee includes the use of 1-9 of these signs at your ceremony.
'This Row Reserved' Chair Signs (4 avail)
A simple and stylish way to reserve seating for your nearest and dearest. Keep things organised without needing a sign on every chair when you have whole rows reserved for family & friends. Hire price includes up to 4 signs for use at your ceremony.
'In loving Memory' Chair Drapes (4 avail)
A simple, heartfelt way to honour loved ones who can't be there on your wedding day. Placed on a reserved chair or within your ceremony space. It quietly marks their presence and adds a beautiful, meaningful touch to your celebration. I have four of these drapes available and the hire price includes the use of up to 4 of these at your ceremony.
Triangle Arbour Set
Our small triangle arbours are the perfect fit for small intimate gatherings. Designed with beach or park weddings in mind, they're light, airy, and effortlessly elegant, creating a beautiful focal point without overpowering the surroundings. Hire one for a clean, minimalist look or both to create a layered, styled backdrop. Hire price includes one or both arbours, set up and pack down.

Wedding Arbour
This gorgeous wooden arbour is a real show stopper, measuring 8ft (2.4m) high, and 9ft (2.8m) wide. It offers a generous space for couples to stand under (6ft) during the ceremony and makes a beautiful backdrop for photos. The arbour hire includes 12mtrs of white chiffon. Couples are welcome to organise a floral installation which must be attached using zip ties or florist wire. This arbour is only available for flat, hard ground, and is NOT available for beach weddings.
Giant LED LOVE Sign
Our beautiful love sign is a spectacular feature by day, but even more spectacular at night! It stands approx. 1.6mts high and literally glows at night with thousands of LED strip lights outlining each of the letters. It makes a beautiful and fun backdrop for wedding photos as guests can stand and pose in different spots in and around the letters. Hire price includes setup and pack down. Subject to availability.
Mobile Bar
Did you know that we also own a mobile bar business? Yep we own a beautifully converted horse float that comes along to your event and is fully set up to operate as an amazing drinks service for you and your guests. *Please Note: If you have hired me as your celebrant and I am attending your event, the travel distances do not apply since I will be onsite for your ceremony. The mobile bar is an exception to this, as additional travel fees may apply.
